How to Make Granules When Using Pan Granulator?

Whichever the raw material, the disk pellting equipment breaks down powders into pellets by use of centrifugal force. Now to the process, start by inserting the materials into the machine’s inlet through the top after which the granulating disk will rotate. Due to centrifugal force, friction, and gravity, the materials will rapidly become pellets. The scraper is used to scrape off any agglomerations that have formed on the disk’s surface. Once the pellets have been formed, they will exit through the outlets for collections and any substandard pellets will be re-granulated.
